Usage instructions:

• Enhance your shampoo and conditioner by adding one or two drops of Clary Sage oil..

Application instructions:

• Topical: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.

Contraindications:

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if pregnant or in treatment. Avoid eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

Clary Sage is usually a biennial, which means that it blooms every other year. It is a herb and grows up to 6 feet (1.8 m) in height. On each tall stem, small flowers bloom — usually between four and six per stem. The essential oil comes from these flowers and is steam distilled. The flowers bloom from late spring into mid-summer and can be pink, white, or purplish-blue.
